Shipping

  • Shipping costs can vary and are included in the price of the piece, based on the size of the piece.

  • Orders (excluding commissions) will be shipped within 5-10 business days via UPS ground shipping or FedEx, depending on the size of the piece. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.

  • Because the art is encased in a glaze coating, instead of glass, the pieces are very durable. Even so, I take great care that my artwork is safely and properly packaged, ensuring that it arrives to you in its original condition.

Policies

  • All pieces are original and unique. As with all original artwork, there may be quirks in each piece, but they only add to the character and value of the artwork.

  • All paintings and prints are final sale unless there is proof of damage during shipping.

Rights to Artwork

All artwork and images of artwork are the sole property of Oh Jo So, LLC and may not be reproduced or sold for profit without written consent by the artist. Jo Morton reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of past art to promote her work. The artist retains all reproduction rights.
